Middle of the Road

Shilo, Eliannah, Mariam, and I

Uganda Day 59

I am more than half way through my journey here in Uganda. That is just crazy. This weekend our entire group is heading into Eastern Uganda. The twelve of us ME students are headed to Kapchorwa which is near Kenya in the mountains by Mt. Elgon. I am pretty excited about this whole adventure. Maybe I will learn to milk a cow. I'm not going to lie that's kind of a goal of mine. Please pray for health and safe travel. And that I will connect with my family and have a wonderful time!
Here's to a week of long skirts and manual labor!
Talk to you all on the 31st.

  1. Come, let us sing for joy to the Lord;let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation. Let us come before him with thanksgiving and extol him with music and song. For the Lord is the great God, the great King above all gods. In his hand are the depths of the earth, and the mountain peaks belong to him. The sea is his, for he made it, and his hands formed the dry land. Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker; for he is our God and we are the people of his pasture, the flock under his care. Psalm 95:1-7 I love you my Tatie! Enjoy this wonderful adventure that lays before you! I'll be praying for you...and for the cow!
